History of Aspens

Our History

From its beginnings in April 2008, Aspens has grown to manage over 300 locations across the UK.

Our Large regional team shares a common purpose – to ensure that we place people at the heart of everything we do – our catering teams in our schools and academies, our clients and our customers. Great food begins with great people, cooking fresh food using quality ingredients.

Unusually in our industry, we recognise that “one size does not fit all”. Our clients are valued members of Aspens family and our approach is as diverse as our client portfolio. One commonality exists, though: Quality. Our founding principles are:
