Single use plastics are being phased out, sustainable vending introduced and we give preference to products made from recycled materials.

Our food development team leads the way by inspiring us with zero-waste recipes, careful menu planning and innovative strategies to maximise the use of every part of the food, from root to tip!

Development in this area is booming right now and our chefs get a real kick out of creating something new and different for our students to try.
We care about the future and continue to focus on responsible sourcing, using seasonal produce, introducing more vegan and vegetarian dishes, keeping waste to a minimum and re-using and recycling to reduce the impact we have.
